Spent roughly seven years in Big4 Global Business Services and Finance Transformation consulting, building shared services centers, running finance process assessments, and driving EBITDA improvement (Celonis process mining, CIMA management accounting) before founding Chalk Theory. That same defensible discipline runs through how the whole team maps revenue operations.
Ishan Jaggi
Leads Chalk Theory Labs, setting the direction for what Chalk Theory builds next. In a prior engagement (employer under NDA), he built an M&A deal research and scoring engine for an M&A firm client, reducing manual research overhead and improving scoring accuracy. Before that, he spent three years as a Product Manager on cloud applications at Jio Platforms, one of India's largest-scale digital platforms. That track record of spotting a problem worth solving and shipping the fix is what Labs is built around.
Dhruv Goel
Leads Chalk Studio, Chalk Theory's design practice. In a prior consulting engagement, he led the 2022 phase of a dealer CX redesign for a US tire manufacturer (client and prior firm under NDA) that lifted dealer adoption 35%. Before that, he ran GTM and market-research work across an MBA at TAPMI Manipal and a family manufacturing business. That GTM-and-CX combined view shapes how Chalk Studio treats brand and web work as the customer-facing layer of a company's actual go-to-market strategy, not decoration.
